About Fitness with Ged

Hello, my name is Gediminas, but people call me Ged and this is my Online Coaching Platform.

I am from Lithuania. I studied in Cardiff University and worked in the architectural field in Cardiff and London for quite a few years before pursuing career in fitness. Living in East London and working as a PT and Class Instructor.

I have started my Personal Training career early 2024, I am a CIMSPA accredited Personal Trainer and AfN Nutrition Coach. No matter what your fitness goals are or your fitness level I am sure I can help set you on a right path.

Apart from Personal Training, I can teach a variety of classes: Reformer Pilates, Cycling (to music or power focused), HIIT type classes and lift focused classes (teaching squats, deadlifts etc. to a group).

Personal Training is a fulfilling career, where I feel I have an impact to a lot of peoples health and wellbeing, helping them form healthy habits and teaching different facets of fitness based on the latest fitness knowledge available. Helping people be accountable, supporting and keep them on track.

Even though I am new to Personal Training I have a lot of experience in variety of sports. I have done competitive swimming, water polo, karate, judo, kettlebell sport and rowing at various stages of my life. The latest sport is rowing which I have done for 5 years so far, the last 3 being competitive. Currently taking a hiatus.

Because of my background I have experience in developing:

  1. strength, muscle

  2. cardio, endurance

  3. flexibility, mobility

  4. nutrition, habits

I have good all round knowledge and like to keep a balance between the 4 points, which I think is a key to a healthy physical life. I also practice what I preach by training almost every day. I keep the workouts simple, focusing on doing them to extreme precision and focusing on nothing but the goal!
